Orientation Day

Welcome to the Hospital Authority Team!

New Employee Orientation

Orientation Day is an important first step in your journey with HACGA. It provides an opportunity for new employees and the organization to become acquainted while learning important information about your role, benefits, policies and procedures, and the facility environment.

During orientation, you will receive information designed to help you feel prepared and confident as you begin your employment with HACGA. To ensure a smooth and successful orientation experience, employees are required to arrive on time and bring all necessary documentation, including:

  • Social Security Card

    • Driver’s License
    • Birth Certificate
    • State-issued Picture ID
  • Copies of required certifications and/or licenses for C.N.A.’s, L.P.N.’s, and R.N.’s

Upon arrival, please sign in and locate your assigned seat and orientation folder. Orientation is held in the Human Resources Department. Employees should make all necessary travel arrangements and personal phone calls prior to arrival to ensure there are no interruptions during the orientation process.

  • C.N.A.’s, L.P.N.’s, and R.N.’s are required to wear their approved scrubs.
