Come experience Orchard View, the place where every view is splendid.
Orchard View is a comprehensive rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located at the intersection of Williams and Whitesville Road, just off Exit 12 on Interstate 185-N. Our beautifully landscaped grounds feature several varieties of fruit-bearing trees and plants. Delightful courtyards complement the lifestyle of good southern living which we feel our residents enjoy and deserve.
At Orchard View, we believe a true community shouldn’t be gated or fenced in, it should seamlessly meld into its surroundings. That’s why we placed our community on the edge of town, surrounded by white oaks.

Testimonials
This place is awesome! The nurses and other staff members at Orchard View go out of their way to take care of my Mom. There's always a smiling face to assist her. The building is clean and very well maintained. I've had lunch with her several times. The food is very good and the kitchen staff treat her like she's part of "the family". Her physical therapist is just... Awesome! He takes such good care of her, she wants to stay in physical therapy all the time! If you have a loved one that's needs rehabilitation or long term living, this is the place!

Social Services
Our social services team is committed to meeting the individual needs of each guest through the variety of services we offer. We acknowledge how difficult the transition from home or hospital can be, therefore each neighborhood has its own social worker. We strive to exceed expectations of care starting with a comprehensive admission process, support to ensure psychosocial well-being, and thorough discharge planning.
Our Social Workers interact closely with their Residents and Responsible Parties to develop a unique and individualized plan of care. We are here to assist and enrich the lives of our residents and their families through their journey… one person at a time.

Long Term Care
Orchard View offers skilled nursing care and assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming and incontinence care. Residents live in comfortable residential style accommodations with modern décor. There are multiple dining and leisure areas for meals and relaxation. Individual neighborhoods offer a variety of social activities. We maintain a full professional nursing staff 24 hours a day.
THE DEMENTIA UNIT
Memory Care
Our memory care unit is care specific to the unique characteristics of those individuals who develop considerable memory impairment or behavioral issues and provide approaches that preserve remaining abilities.
Outside of each room has its own “memory box”, a special case where families can place memorable items to reflect the resident’s past.
Planning activities for a person with Dementia works best when you continually explore, experiment and adjust. Based on each individual’s likes, dislikes, strengths, abilities and needs, the staff at Orchard View provide structured and enjoyable activities which often reduce agitation and improve mood. As Alzheimer’s disease progresses, the abilities of a person with dementia will change. With creativity, flexibility and problem solving, our staff works with each individual and their families to adapt to daily routines to support these changes.
We also host Alzheimer Support Group meetings on our campus. Contact a Social Worker at 706-225-1536 for details.
