This role supervises nursing staff, coordinates daily operations, supports interdisciplinary teamwork, and serves as a resource for clinical decision-making. The Nurse Supervisor promotes regulatory compliance, mentors team members, and helps maintain a positive, resident-centered environment while ensuring exceptional standards of care are met on every shift.
