RN provides clinical leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality resident care. This role supervises nursing staff, coordinates daily operations, supports interdisciplinary teamwork, and serves as a resource for clinical decision-making. The Nurse Supervisor promotes regulatory compliance, mentors team members, and helps maintain a positive, resident-centered environment while ensuring exceptional standards of care are met on every shift.
The Charge Nurse – LPN/RN is responsible for overseeing the daily delivery of resident care while leading and supporting the nursing team during each shift. This role coordinates patient care, administers medications and treatments, monitors resident conditions, communicates with physicians and families, and ensures compliance with clinical standards and regulations. The Charge Nurse serves as a leader, mentor, and advocate, fostering a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment.
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides compassionate, hands-on care that supports the health, comfort, and dignity of our residents. Working under the direction of licensed nursing staff, CNAs assist with activities of daily living, monitor and report changes in resident conditions, promote safety, and help create a positive, resident-centered environment. CNAs play a vital role in enhancing each resident’s quality of life through exceptional care, respect, and teamwork.
The Food & Nutrition Cook prepares nutritious, appetizing meals that meet residents’ dietary needs and preferences while following food safety and sanitation standards. Working as part of the Food & Nutrition team, the Cook ensures meals are prepared with quality, consistency, and care, contributing to the health, comfort, and satisfaction of our residents. This role values teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience.
The Environmental Services Housekeeper helps create a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, visitors, and staff. This role is responsible for cleaning resident rooms, common areas, and other facility spaces while following infection prevention and safety protocols. Housekeepers play an essential role in enhancing residents’ quality of life by maintaining a welcoming environment with professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional service.
The Environmental Services Laundry team plays an important role in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for our residents. This position is responsible for the collection, sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distribution of resident and facility linens while following proper infection prevention and safety practices. Laundry team members ensure residents have clean, fresh linens and garments while supporting the overall quality of care and daily operations of the facility. This role requires attention to detail, organization, teamwork, and a commitment to providing dependable service with dignity and respect.
